Genesis Energy to redeem GNE040 Green Capital Bonds

Genesis Energy Limited announces the redemption of its NZ$225 million unsecured, subordinated, green capital bonds (GNE040) on 9 June 2022.

Holders of the bonds will receive the principal amount and accrued but unpaid interest up to the redemption date.

Trading has been suspended since 26 May 2022 and Genesis is communicating with holders of the bonds to notify them of the decision.
