Auckland-based financier Marvin Yee will take over as Chairman of NZX-listed Greenfern Industries on 1 July 2023, replacing Phillip Brown who will remain on the Board as an Independent Non-Executive Director.
Yee was appointed to the Board in October 2021 and is the Managing Partner of International Private Equity firm Crown Capital.
He brings a new set of skills and experience to the leadership of the Board as the Company moves forward.
