Hamish Stevens appointed independent director at Napier Port

Hamish Stevens has been appointed as an independent director of Napier Port, effective from Aug 12, 2025.

Stevens, who has senior executive experience and a diverse governance background, currently serves as the chair of Pharmaco, Embark Early Education, and East Health Services.

He is also a director and chair of the audit committee at Counties Energy, as well as a director and chair of the audit and risk committee at Radius Residential Care.

Stevens will retire and seek election at the next annual shareholders' meeting in December 2025.

It is anticipated that he will assume the role of chair of the audit and risk management committee in December 2025.
