Investore Property announces Q1 cash dividend

Investore Property has declared a cash dividend of 1.625 cents per share for the first quarter of the financial year ending March 31, 2026.

The dividend, which will be paid on September 4, 2025, will carry imputation credits of 0.523613 cents per share.

Non-resident shareholders will also receive a supplementary dividend of 0.237606 cents per share.

The company said it is targeting an annual cash dividend of 6.50 cents per share for the 2025-26 financial year.

However, the dividend reinvestment plan for the first quarter dividend has been suspended.
