Metroglass has announced the immediate resignation of Director Rhys Jones.
Mr Jones has been an independent Director since 2018 and is resigning to avoid any perception of a conflict of interest.
The Board of Directors and management have thanked Mr Jones for his valuable contribution to the company.
Recruitment for a replacement Director has begun and further details will be announced in due course.
