Radius Residential Care has reported strong operating results for the financial year ended March 31, 2025, which were significantly ahead of the previous year.
The company's underlying ebitda was in the range of $23.3 million to $23.7m, compared to $20.9m in fy24.
The second half of the year also showed c23% growth in underlying ebitda compared to the same period in fy24.
The average occupancy for fy25 was 92.8%, up from 91.8% in fy24.
Radius Care attributed its strong performance to factors such as exceptional staff, increased accommodation supplement revenue, and the contribution of Cibus Catering.
The company also reported a decrease in drawn debt and net interest expense.
It intends to release its full audited financial results in late May 2025.
