Henderson Far East Income has announced the appointment of Steven Wilderspin as a non-executive director.
Wilderspin, a fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of England and Wales, brings extensive accounting, auditing, risk management, and governance experience to the board.
He will also succeed Nicholas George as chairman of the audit committee in 2026.
The company said there are no matters related to Wilderspin's appointment that need to be disclosed.
