Oceania has announced the appointment of Tracey Taylor as its new chief people officer.

Taylor, who has over 25 years of experience in the field, will assume her role in February 2024.

She has previously held senior leadership positions at Air New Zealand, TVNZ, and Telecom (Spark), and is known for her ability to align people strategies with business objectives.

Taylor brings expertise in employee and industrial relations, as well as experience in large-scale transformation and change management.

Oceania's CEO, Brent Pattison, expressed excitement over Taylor's appointment, highlighting her leadership skills and her ability to build high-performing teams.
