WasteCo announces 2025 shareholder meeting date

WasteCo Group has announced that its 2025 annual meeting of shareholders will be held on September 26, 2025.

The company also revealed that the closing date for director nominations is September 5, 2025.

Nominations can only be made by shareholders entitled to attend and vote at the annual meeting.

WasteCo Group is a waste solution company that processes and diverts liquid and solid waste from landfill.

It acquired Civic Waste, a North Island waste management company, in 2024.
