New Zealand King Salmon – Senior Executive LTI Scheme Provision of Financial Assistance

New Zealand King Salmon Investments Limited (NZKS) (NZX: NZK, ASX: NZK) gives notice under section 80(1)(b) of the Companies Act 1993 (the Act) that it has given financial assistance in accordance with section 80 of the Act by way of providing loans to an employee of NZKS to fund the purchase of shares in NZKS from NZKS Custodian Limited pursuant to NZKS’s long term incentive plan.
The details of the financial assistance provided by NZKS are as follows:
1 Financial assistance was provided for the purchase of 116,867 ordinary shares in NZKS;
2 The consideration paid or payable for the shares was $1.72 per share for the relevant employee;
3 The person receiving financial assistance was Grant Rosewarne; and
4 The financial assistance was provided by way of interest free loans to the relevant employee, which in aggregate totalled $201,011.24.
