Investore Property Limited Considers Retail Bond Offer

Investore Property Limited (Investore) confirms today that it is considering an offer of 5 year senior secured fixed rate bonds (Bonds) to New Zealand institutional and retail investors.

If the offer proceeds, the offer will be made pursuant to the Financial Markets Conduct Act 2013, as an offer of debt securities of the same class as Investore’s existing quoted debt securities, currently quoted on the NZX Debt Market under the ticker codes IPL010 and IPL020.

It is expected that full details of the offer will be released in the week beginning 14 February 2022, when the offer is anticipated to open. The Bonds are expected to be quoted on the NZX Debt Market.

Investore has appointed Westpac Banking Corporation (ABN 33 007 457 141) (acting through its New Zealand branch) (Westpac) as Arranger, and ANZ Bank New Zealand Limited, Forsyth Barr Limited and Jarden Securities Limited, together with Westpac, as Joint Lead Managers in relation to the Bond offer.

Investors can register their interest in the offer with the Joint Lead Managers or their usual financial adviser. Indications of interest will not constitute an obligation or commitment of any kind. No money is currently being sought from investors and no Bonds can be applied for or acquired until the offer opens and the investor has received a copy of the offer document in relation to the Bonds.
