Metroglass announces Director resignation

Metro Performance Glass Limited (“Metroglass”) announces that Angela Bull has tendered her resignation as a Non-Executive Director of the Board, effective 4 April 2022.

Chair Peter Griffiths said: “On behalf of the Board of Directors and management I would like to sincerely thank Angela for her invaluable contribution and commitment to Metroglass since her appointment in May 2017.”

Recruitment for a replacement Director has begun, and further details will be announced in due course.
