Subject: SMW Group Limited (“SMW”) – Suspension of trading and Delisting

Message:

Further to the announcement made by SMW Group Limited (“SMW”) on Friday, 1 April 2022, and the shareholder meeting results announced on 13 May 2022, NZX Operations (“NZXO”) advises that SMW will be delisting from the NZX Main Board (NZSX).

The final day of trading in SMW will be Friday, 27 May 2022, with SMW ordinary shares being halted and suspended at close of business that day. Subject to meeting final standard delisting conditions, SMW ordinary shares will cease to be quoted and SMW will delist from close of business on Tuesday, 31 May 2022.
