At today’s Annual Meeting of Shareholders, John Henderson was re-elected as a director of CDI.
The Company has determined in accordance with NZX Listing Rules that CDI Chairman Colin Sim, John Henderson and Desleigh Jameson are all Independent Directors of the Company. Managing Director BK Chiu and Non-Executive Directors Eik Sheng Kwek and Vincent Yeo are not independent directors.
