Change of addresses

Meridian Energy Limited (Meridian) advises that, effective on and from 1 June 2022:

• Meridian’s New Zealand registered office and mailing address (for the purposes of rule 3.21.1(b) of the NZX listing rules); and

• Meridian’s New Zealand registered office and principal administrative office (for the purposes of rule 3.14 of the ASX listing rules),

will change to 287-293 Durham Street North, Christchurch 8013, New Zealand.
