THL BOARD UPDATE

Pursuant to NZX Listing Rule 3.20.1(c), thl advises that the thl Board has accepted the resignation of Rob Campbell as the Chair and as a Director of thl. Mr Campbell’s resignation is effective from 13 June 2022.

The thl Board have appointed Cathy Quinn as the new Chair of the thl Board, effective from the retirement of Mr Campbell on 13 June 2022.

Mr Campbell has resigned from the thl Board in order to focus on other work commitments, including his role as the Chair of Health NZ overseeing the Pae Ora healthcare reforms.

The thl Board and management would like to recognise the significant contribution that Mr Campbell has made to the success and growth of thl over his nine year tenure as Chair and as a Director.

Gráinne Troute, Chair of thl’s Remuneration and Nomination Committee, said “Cathy’s strong governance and commercial experience, together with her detailed knowledge of thl obtained across the last 5 years as a Director, enables her to seamlessly step into the role of Chair of the thl Board.”

Incoming Chair, Cathy Quinn, said “I am excited to continue to work with the thl Board and management to lead thl through its exciting next chapter.”
