MEETING RESULTS ANNOUNCEMENT

Promisia Healthcare Limited (NZX:PHL) advises that at its Annual Meeting of Shareholders held today, shareholders were asked to vote on 2 resolutions. As required by NZX Listing Rule 6.1, all voting was conducted by a poll.

Both resolutions were passed by shareholders. The results are as shown in the announcement attached.
