Notification of Lapse of Performance Share Rights

Synlait Milk Limited (SML) notes that 46,969 Performance Share Rights, as described below, have lapsed:

• 9,301 Performance Share Rights issued on 2 October 2019.
• 13,064 Performance Share Rights issued on 24 November 2020.
• 24,604 Performance Share Rights issued on 9 November 2021.

Following the lapsing of those Performance Share Rights, there are 474,634 Performance Share Rights remaining on issue by SML.
