APPOINTMENT OF NON-EXECUTIVE DIRECTORS TO SKYCITY BOARD
Further to SkyCity Entertainment Group Limited’s (SkyCity) announcement on 20 June 2022, all necessary regulatory approvals have now been received in relation to the appointment of Kate Hughes and Glenn Davis as non-executive directors to the SkyCity Board.
Accordingly, pursuant to NZX Listing Rule 3.20.1(a), SkyCity advises that each of Ms Hughes and Mr Davis has been appointed as a non-executive director of SkyCity effective from 8 September 2022.
For the purposes of NZX Listing Rule 2.6.2, the SkyCity Board has determined, as required by NZX Listing Rules 2.6.1 and 2.6.2, that each of Ms Hughes and Mr Davis is an Independent Director (as that term is defined in the NZX Listing Rules).
