Change of Portfolio Manager

Fisher Funds Management is in the process of expanding and strengthening its investment team and have announced today that Sam Dickie will be stepping into the role of Marlin Global Limited Portfolio Manager. Ashley Gardyne is passing on the Marlin Global portfolio management responsibilities, but as Fisher Funds Chief Investment Officer will continue to provide oversight of Marlin Global, Kingfish Limited, and Barramundi Limited.

Since joining Fisher Funds in 2017, Sam has been the Senior Portfolio Manager for New Zealand equities and managed the Kingfish Limited portfolio. Prior to joining Fisher Funds, Sam spent 13 years managing international equity portfolios in Hong Kong and the United Kingdom. These changes will be effective 1 October 2022.

Sam Dickie will be supported by Senior Investment Analyst, Chris Waters, and Investment Analysts, Lily Zhuang, and Daniel Moser. Together the team has significant experience investing in global equities and researching the quality companies that Marlin targets.
