Subject: Harmoney Corp Limited (“HMY”) – Suspension of trading and Delisting
Message:
Further to the announcement made by Harmoney Corp Limited (“HMY”) on Thursday, 23 September 2022, NZX Operations (“NZXO”) advises that HMY will be delisting from the NZX Main Board (NZSX).
The final day of trading in HMY will be Wednesday, 26 October 2022, with HMY ordinary shares being halted and suspended at 5pm that day. Subject to meeting final standard delisting conditions, HMY ordinary shares will cease to be quoted and HMY will delist from close of business on Friday, 28 October 2022.
HMY shares will remain listed for quotation on the ASX.
