Tony Balfour, who is due to retire by rotation at the next annual shareholder meeting (ASM), has advised of his intention not to seek re-election at the next ASM. Tony has been a director since 2020.

Blis Technologies Chair Geoff Plunket said: “Tony has made an outstanding contribution, bringing a wealth of international marketing and market development experience. Tony’s continued support through to the next ASM will be invaluable in assisting the Board and management to deliver the new Business to Business centric strategy. We will acknowledge Tony’s outstanding contribution at the ASM.”
