BIF acquires shares in Opum Technologies

Booster is pleased to announce the addition of Opum Technologies to the Booster Innovation Fund (BIF) portfolio.

Opum Technologies operates in the medical devices part of the life sciences and medical technology sector. It specialises in artificial intelligence based automated care platforms for knee injury recovery and management of chronic conditions. Opum Technologies was formed in 2016 and is classified as early stage.

BIF will make a cash investment of $250,000. Following this transaction (and issue of additional units to fund the purchase), Opum Technologies will represent 2.0% of BIF’s investment portfolio of 29 companies, and with a net asset value of over $12.7m.

Investors can continue to purchase units in BIF on the NZX or can subscribe for units in the fund as part of the process described in the fund’s Product Disclosure Statement (PDS) that is available at www.booster.co.nz
