GMT distribution payment and Notice of Meeting

Further to the announcement of 18 May 2023, Goodman (NZ) Limited, the Manager of Goodman Property Trust, is pleased to advise that the fourth quarter distribution for the year ending 31 March 2023, will be paid to Unitholders today. It has also confirmed the details of the 2023 Annual Meeting of Unitholders.

This year’s meeting will be held at the Park Hyatt Hotel in Auckland on Wednesday 28 June 2023, at 1:30 pm. It will be a hybrid meeting, with Unitholders able to participate either in person or through a live webcast.

With no Independent Directors up for election, there is no formal business to be considered. An abbreviated notice of meeting, to reflect that there are no resolutions to be voted on, is being sent to Unitholders today. It has also been provided to NZX, as an attachment to this announcement.
