Notification of Lapse of Performance Share Rights

Synlait Milk Limited (SML) notes that 77,708 Performance Share Rights, as described below, have lapsed:

• 33,523 Performance Share Rights issued on 9 November 2021.
• 44,185 Performance Share Rights issued on 10 November 2022.

Following the lapsing of those Performance Share Rights there are 637,247 Performance Share Rights remaining on issue by SML.
