WasteCo completes private placement
WasteCo is pleased to announce that it has successfully raised $4.32 million through a placement to selected New Zealand wholesale investors (Placement).
Approximately 66.5 million new shares will be issued in the Placement at a fixed price of $0.065 per share.
Settlement and allotment of the new shares issued under the Placement is expected to occur on 15 June 2023.
