2023 Annual Shareholder Meeting and Director Nominations

Blis Technologies Limited’s 2023 Annual Shareholder Meeting will be held at Dunedin Public Art Gallery, Auditorium, 30 The Octagon, Dunedin and online at www.virtualmeeting.co.nz/blt23 on Thursday, 17 August 2023 commencing at 9.00am.

The closing date for nominations by shareholders of directors to be considered for election at the Annual Shareholder Meeting is Thursday, 13 July 2023.

Nominations may be made by a shareholder entitled to attend and vote at the Annual Shareholder Meeting and must be accompanied by a consent in writing by a nominated person.
