Amended: Results of Kiwi Property Annual Meeting 2023

The following announcement has been amended to correct Resolution 3 below, which previously referred to Carlie Eve, when it should have referred to Peter Alexander. The rest of the announcement is the same as the original minus the error.

At Kiwi Property Group Limited’s shareholder meeting, held in Auckland and online today, shareholders were asked to vote on three resolutions, which were supported by the Board. As required by NZX Listing Rule 6.1, all voting was conducted by a poll. The resolutions passed by shareholders were:

• That Simon Shakesheff be re-elected as a director of the Company.
• That Carlie Eve be elected as a director of the Company.
• That Peter Alexander be elected as a director of the Company.

Details of the total number of votes cast in person or by a proxy holder are:

Resolution 1: That Simon Shakesheff be re-elected as a director of the Company.
For: 976,837,893 (99.37%)
Against: 6,151,735 (0.63%)
Abstain: 1,208,349

Resolution 2: That Carlie Eve be elected as a director of the Company.
For: 958,612,608 (97.43%)
Against: 25,266,286 (2.57%)
Abstain: 319,083

Resolution 3: That Peter Alexander be elected as a director of the Company.
For: 982,344,803 (99.95%)
Against: 478,300 (0.05%)
Abstain: 1,374,874
