Results of Serko Limited’s 2023 Annual Shareholder Meeting
At Serko Limited’s shareholder meeting held in Auckland and online on Wednesday, 28 June 2023, shareholders were asked to vote on 2 resolutions, which were unanimously supported by the Board.
As required by NZX Listing Rule 6.1, all voting was conducted by a poll.
The resolutions passed by shareholders were:
• That Ms Claudia Batten be re-elected as a non-executive director of Serko Limited.
• That the directors are authorised to fix the fees and expenses of Deloitte as auditor for the 2024 financial year.
