Results of Annual Shareholder Meetings

At the Annual Shareholder Meetings of Stride Property Limited and Stride Investment Management Limited held at 11.00am today, all resolutions were decided by a poll, and all resolutions were passed.

One resolution was passed by shareholders in relation to Stride Property Limited, which is that the Directors be authorised to fix the remuneration of PwC as auditor for the ensuing year.

Four resolutions were passed by shareholders in relation to Stride Investment Management Limited:
• that the Directors be authorised to fix the remuneration of PwC as auditor for the ensuing year;
• the election of Director Tracey Jones;
• the re-election of Director Michelle Tierney; and
• Directors’ remuneration.
