AFC release an updated Annual Report for the year ended 31 March 2023. The updated Annual report revised the Corporate Governance Statement (Page 6-Page 16) to comply with the NZX Corporate Governance Code and NZX listing Rules 3.8.1 (a), (b) and (e).
