Third Age Health Services Limited (NZX:TAH) advises Director nominations are now open, for the purposes of NZX Listing Rule 2.3.2 the closing date for Director nominations is 4.00 p.m. Monday, 17th July 2023.

Nominations may only be made by a shareholder entitled to attend and vote at the Annual Meeting and must be accompanied by the consent in writing of the nominated person.

Nominations must be addressed to the Chief Financial Officer via email to [email protected] or sent to Third Age Health's registered office, addressed to:
