Burger Fuel Group Limited Independent Director Confirmation

Refers to BFG Annual Report released on 30 June 2023

BFG confirms the flowing pursuant to Listing Rule 3.8.1(e):
Peter Brook and Alan Dunn are considered by the Board to be independent directors, as defined under the NZX Listing Rules, as at 31 March 2023.
This determination has been made on the basis that neither Peter Brook or Alan Dunn are employees of the Group, nor do they have any ‘Disqualifying Relationship’ as that term is defined in the Listing Rules.
