At 30 June 2023, the Company’s capital consisted of 161,738,564 ordinary shares of no par value, with each share carrying one vote. The Company holds no Treasury shares and therefore the total number of voting rights in the Company is 161,738,564.

The above figure (161,738,564) may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the voting rights of the Company under the FCA’s Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
