BIF – Amended Issuance of Units

The attached announcement has been amended to correct the issuance/redemption figures provided in the redemption announcement on 5 July 2023. The redemption of 20,994 units, should instead be an issuance of 77,173 units.
Pursuant to Rule 3.13.2 of the Main Board Listing Rule, Booster Investment Management Limited, in its capacity as manager of the Booster Innovation Fund (‘Fund’ or NZX:BIF), confirms it has issued a further 77,173 ordinary units in the Fund at $1.4861 per unit effective 3 July 2023 (the number of units allotted is confirmed 2 business days later on completion of the unit pricing process).
This movement relates to the issuance of units by the Fund as a continuous issuer.
