thl advises that it intends to release its financial results and annual integrated report for the 12 months ending 30 June 2023 on Tuesday, 29 August 2023.

For the purpose of ASX Listing Rule 1.15.3, thl confirms that it continues to comply with the NZX Listing Rules, being the rules of its overseas home exchange.
