Issue of Equity

The Company announces that it agreed on 19 July 2023 to allot 115,000 ordinary shares at 242.0p per share, each fully paid under its block listing facility. The net asset value per ordinary share as at the close of business on 19 July 2023 was 234.4p.

These shares will be issued for cash on 21 July 2023, bringing the issued share capital and total voting rights at that date to 161,853,564.
