The Warehouse Group announces departure of Chief Financial Officer

Group Chief Financial Officer Jonathan Oram has resigned from The Warehouse Group to take up an executive position at a New Zealand retail bank and will leave the business in late October 2023.

Jonathan joined The Warehouse Group in March 2018 as Deputy Group Chief Financial Officer and has been Group Chief Financial Officer since October 2018.

“Jonathan has played an integral part in the Group’s retail transformation journey and helped the Group deliver record financial results in 2021. Jonathan also played a critical role in helping the Group manage its move to agile ways of working in 2020 and through the Covid-19 pandemic” says CEO Nick Grayston.

“On behalf of the Executive Leadership Squad, I would like to thank Jonathan for the exceptional leadership and contribution he has made to the business over the past 5 years and wish him all the best in his new role”.

Chair Joan Withers thanked Jonathan on behalf of the Board, for his contribution to the company over the past 5 years.

The Warehouse Group will commence a search for a new CFO shortly.
