Greenfern Industries Limited - annual meeting date and director nominations

Greenfern announces that its 2023 annual meeting of shareholders is to be held on Friday, 29 September 2023. Further details of the location, time, resolutions and voting processes for the annual meeting will be set out in the Notice of Meeting to be sent to shareholders in due course.

For the purposes of NZX Listing Rule 2.3.2, Greenfern advises that the closing date for Director nominations is Monday, 14 August 2023.

Nominations may only be made by a shareholder entitled to attend and vote at the annual meeting and must be received by Greenfern by 5.00pm (NZT) on the closing date.
