Appointment of New General Manager of Finance

Aged care and retirement living provider, Promisia Healthcare Limited (NZX:PHL) (Promisia or the Company) is pleased to announce the appointment of Francisco Rodriguez Ferrere as Promisia’s new General Manager of Finance (GM Finance). Francisco will commence the role from 24 October 2023 and will be based in Promisia’s head office in Christchurch.

Francisco, a chartered accountant and has over 10 years of financial and managerial experience in both New Zealand and London. Francisco has worked in chartered accounting firms and, most recently, has worked for British Land PLC, one of Europe’s largest publicly listed real estate investment companies.

As the new GM Finance, Francisco will lead and operate the Group’s finance function, including risk management, corporate structure and investment support functions. The Board is delighted to have Francisco join the Company in October as Promisia positions itself for further growth and development in the aged care sector.
