Appointment of Chief Commercial Officer

New Zealand King Salmon Investments Ltd (NZX & ASX: NZK) announces that Graeme Tregidga is appointed to the role of Chief Commercial Officer effective from 23 October 2023. In this new capacity, Graeme will have responsibility for Sales, Marketing and Omega Innovations. Graeme is currently the GM Sales for New Zealand King Salmon and was previously Acting CEO from 1 November 2022 until 4 August 2023. The Board has determined that Graeme will be a senior manager for the purposes of the Financial Markets Conduct Act 2013 upon his appointment as Chief Commercial Officer.
