Senior Manager Changes

For the purposes of NZX Listing Rule 3.20.1, Napier Port (NZX:NPH) announces today changes within its senior management team.

Andrea Manley, General Manager Strategy and Supply Chain, has resigned to pursue a new career opportunity as a Chief Operating Officer, outside Hawke’s Bay.

Napier Port CEO Todd Dawson said: “On behalf of the Napier Port team, I thank Andrea for her incredible contribution over five years to Napier Port, including most recently the development and growth of our customer logistics service, Viewpoint Supply Chain. Andrea’s vast knowledge in supply chain and IT innovation has seen Napier Port successfully implement new strategic initiatives and digital solutions and identify growth opportunities. I wish Andrea all the best for the future.”

The effective date of Ms Manley’s resignation is expected to be August 2024.

Napier Port also announces the appointment of Chris Wylie to a newly created role of General Manager Port Optimisation. Mr Dawson said: “We are delighted to welcome Chris into Napier Port’s senior management team. Chris has been part of Napier Port’s operations for many years, most recently as Container Terminal Manager and Port Optimisation Manager. Chris’ focus will be on strategic projects that enhance Napier Port’s operating capabilities and drive our forward-thinking initiatives.”
