Winton - Cessation of alternate director role

Winton Land Limited (Winton) advises that Jelte Bakker has ceased to be an alternate director to James Kemp on the Board, on and from the close of 24 May 2024. Jelte was appointed in February 2022 as an alternate director to James Kemp (in his capacity as a representative of TC Akarua 2 Pty Limited (as trustee of the TC Akarua Sub Trust)), a substantial shareholder in Winton. James Kemp remains in his role as director.

Winton Chair, Chris Meehan said: “on behalf of the Board and management, I would like to sincerely thank Jelte for his dedication to Winton and acknowledge his extensive contribution to the Company”.
