Scales Corporation Limited held its 2024 Annual Shareholders’ Meeting at 3.30pm on 5 June 2024.

Resolutions
All resolutions considered by shareholders at the meeting were passed. Details of the number of votes cast, by poll, were as follows:

1. That the Board is authorised to fix the auditor’s remuneration for the coming year.

For: 64,117,770
Against: 37,740
Abstain: 37,992

2. Having been appointed during the year by the Board and holding office only until the Annual Meeting, that Tony Batterton be elected as a Director.

For: 64,133,526
Against: 37,926
Abstain: 22,050
