Subject: Geneva Finance Limited (“GFL”) – Suspension of Trading and Delisting


Message:

Further to the announcement made by Geneva Finance Limited (“GFL”) on Monday, 17 June 2024 and the shareholder meeting results as announced on Friday, 5 July 2024, NZX Operations (“NZXO”) advises that GFL will be delisting from the NZX Main Board.

The final day of trading in GFL will be Monday, 15 July 2024, with GFL ordinary shares being halted and suspended at close of business that day. Subject to meeting final standard delisting conditions, GFL ordinary shares will cease to be quoted and GFL will delist from close of business on Wednesday, 17 July 2024.
