BIF – Change of BIF Investment Committee Membership

The Manager is pleased to confirm that Nicolas Williams is to be appointed to the Booster Innovation Fund Sub-Committee with effect from 30 July 2024. This will coincide with Nic Craven (Chief Investment Officer) stepping down from the Booster Innovation Fund Sub-Committee, and who will continue to provide oversight from his ongoing role at the Booster Investment Management Limited Investment Committee.

Nicolas Williams has recently joined Booster as Head of Direct Investments. Nicolas has over 20 years of investment and commercial experience spanning corporate strategy, operations and capital markets. Nicolas has held senior roles at Macquarie, NZ Treasury and Z Energy, as well as a number of governance and advisory roles. Acting at times as both advisor and principal, Nicolas has completed corporate transactions with an aggregate capital value of over NZ$8 billion across a wide range of industries and geographies

The Booster Innovation Fund PDS supplementary document has been updated and registered. A copy of this is attached.
