RTO Limited (NZX: RTO) advises it intends to consolidate every 73.6259 shares into 1 for those holders registered at 5pm on Friday 30 August 2024 (with fractional entitlements rounded to the nearest whole number).

RTO expects to have approximately 10 million shares on issue as a result, by market open on 2 September 2024.

To facilitate orderly trading RTO expects NZX Operations will apply an administrative trading halt on 29 and 30 August 2024.
