Being AI Limited (NZX: BAI) advises that:

1. Paul Forno has been appointed as BAI Group COO.

2. Erin Zink, who has previously held several roles within the Group, including Chief Operating Officer, is finishing her contract with BAI at the end of September.

3. The Board wishes to thank Erin for her contribution to the BAI Group, which has been valuable, and wishes her the very best for the future.
