Sky ASM and Closing Date for Director Nominations

Sky intends to hold its Annual Shareholders’ Meeting on 14 November 2024 at 10.30am (NZDT). The meeting is intended to be held online and in person at The Maritime Room, Princes Wharf, Auckland.

For the purposes of NZX Listing Rule 2.3.2, the closing date for director nominations is 5.00pm on 19 September 2024. All nominations must be submitted to Kirstin Jones (Company Secretary) at the following address:
