DIVIDEND DECLARED
Restaurant Brands New Zealand Limited (NZX/ASX: RBD) is pleased to announce that, following a review of the Group’s current and projected financial position, and in particular its cash flows, capital expenditure requirements, debt and retained earnings levels, the directors have declared a dividend of 18.0 cents per ordinary share to be paid on 23 December 2024 to all shareholders on the register as at 12 December 2024.
The dividend will be paid as fully imputed to all New Zealand resident shareholders. In addition, a supplementary dividend of 3.1765 cents per share will be paid to all overseas shareholders at the same time. There is no dividend reinvestment plan in place for this dividend.
